Yin - Yasa

A vibrant combination of multiple kinds of yoga; moving through Hatha and flowing vinyasa postures while also holding space for longer yin style holds.  This class is designed to welcome all levels who join, and every individual is encouraged to make this class their own, with the freedom to mold each asana to be as active, or passive, within the body as desired.  Come play!


Foundational strength building in the forms of either; circuit training, with aerobic activities, HIIT design, and/or weight incorporation with a cardio component.  Accessibility for all, let’s get dewy!


Awaken your vitality with a mix of Hatha/ Traditional standing and seated yoga postures and Vinyasa Flow. The moto for this class if “Go with the Flow”. You can make it a vigorous class or take it easy and work more gently. This class is forbeginners to intermediate Yogis. Join in the yoga experience. Even if it is your first ever yoga class .You are WELCOME

Shifting Shapes

Meditative swinging breath work; each class will embody the power of intentional breathing techniques combined with the gentle relaxation of a supportive yoga swing.  Body benefits of aerial activities are numerous;  join in, creating exciting shapes the potentials of which are limited only by your imagination!  All levels welcome, even if it is a first introduction to the aerial approach.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

A predominantly ground-based martial art, using the principals of leverage, angles, pressure and timing, as well as knowledge of the human anatomy, in order to achieve a non-violent submission of one's opponent.  Unlike other martial arts that focus on strikes and/or kicks, jiu jitsu focuses on close-contact "grappling" holds and techniques, and the application of chokes and joint-manipulations.  Great for self-defense!

Mat Pilates & Core Workout

Yoga Mat Pilates awakens you from the inside out! Develop deeper muscles, your postural muscles, and get a full body work out and stretch in this well-rounded energizing class!

Yog Swing Body Suspension Training & Yoga

Try out the aerial Yoga Swings! This class offers you a wide variety of work out, yoga, and restorative stretching using the Yoga Swing. Your feet touch the mat but you have support using the swing for balance, enhanced stretching, and suspension training exercises! A unique class for strength, balance, and Yoga stretch! 

Best gym I have ever been to! I had never done any kind of martial arts before and decided to check out a ju jitsu class. Charlie is great at making you feel comfortable and accomplished! I just bought my gi and am excited to keep learning!
