"Everyday life is filled with tides which ebb and flow.
Be in the moment to let life be your teacher through the ever changing tides of your life."

Rae Raymond

Throughout this lifetime I have had an enduring passion to learn and grow, practicing this by holding space for evolution both within myself and my *ever broadening* community.  My heart brought me to Colorado long ago and I have marveled in the majesty of these mountains, using my time to experience and understand their wisdom.  Learning how to apply these lessons in order to access our magic rooted deep within, for personal cultivation and development.

I have traveled extensively and lived expansively.  Seeking abroad to study, my first teacher trainings were experienced in the cultural richness of the Thai jungle, completing 250 hours including a broad and comprehensive selection of yoga as well as studying Ayurvedic nutrition, Eastern philosophy, yoga anatomy, yoga Nidra, aerials, breathe work and cold water therapy.  Other modalities include (but not limited to) guided meditation, personal essential oil blend creations, crystal consultations, intuitive readings, and a wide range of alternative wholeness practices, and as a former long time search and rescue EMT, I have a strong understanding of western medicine.

All of my services and offerings originate from a broad background of profound intentional studies and experiences; while my roots are steeped in the traditional yogic approach to life, and the pursuit of a balanced mind body connection.  In all of my practices I focus on inclusivity, sustainability, and a passion driven purpose.

Join me, for your own personal alchemy of the soul, through the daily pursuit of alignment.
